What all you need?
* Airtel sim (0 balance must) that you don't use mush.
* Android Phone (u can use proxy on windows even but... i won't tell ya bouch dat)
* Chrome/Opera pre installed.
What to do?
* Summary first.. Go to settings and find smething like Access point names
* generally it will be in
Settings> Mobile Networks> Access point Names
* Select the airtel sim and then click on "+" sign.
* here are details you have to fill
Name: Anything
Apn. : airtelgprs.com
Proxy: german-proxy.de
Port : 80
Leave others to default.
* goto pre-installed browser (chrome / opera) and set open www.airtellive.com
* in the page ypu will have to type www.bing.com
bing will open, start surfing..
Important..
*You have a upper limit to download size.
*You can not surf for more than 50mb
*You may getch block(do a 10rs. Recharge and u r blocked in 2 days)
*Google/fb etc. Unavailable

I use proxy along with my 2g docomo packs. Use them for reading mangas smoothly (since good speed).
Also I customized my phone (launcher, icons, locks etc.) Without spending a single kb (# by using proxy )
